Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your unworn footwear or apparel in its original box and include the packing slip before sealing the package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
